Congratulations on reaching your therapy goals, Ms. Pirt!

Sudie Pirt admitted to Magnolia Manor of Spartanburg after a hospital stay related to surgery for a left fibula fracture.  Upon evaluation, Ms. Pirt required extensive assistance self-care tasks and using slide board for transfers to maintain weight bearing precautions. Ms. Pirt was also non ambulatory upon admission.

  After working with our rehab team for approximately 8 week, Ms. Pirt was able to surpass her goals with self-care management and ambulation! Upon discharge, Ms. Pirt was able to fully bear weight on her previously fracture leg and walk safely throughout the facility while she socialized with staff. Ms. Pirt has since been at home with her family and enjoying everything in the community that she missed while away.
