Success Story
“Good job, Mr. Tate!”

Marshall Tate was admitted to Magnolia Manor of Spartanburg on 2/26/24 with a diagnosis of lack of coordination and muscle weakness due to a recent hospital stay for pneumonia. Upon evaluation, Mr. Tate required moderate assistance with self-care tasks and moderate assistance transfers. Mr. Tate could only ambulate 50 feet with moderate assistance.
After working with our rehab team for approximately 3 weeks, Mr. Tate improved to modified independence with all self-care tasks and ambulates to over 150 feet without assistance. Mr. Tate has been discharged home where he can enjoy time with his family.
